Meet Your Wellness Advocates

Dora Cario, LCSW

Hello, I am Dora, and I am happy you are here. I am originally from New Jersey and have experience working in various settings. I have called Southwest Florida home for the past 15 years. As a licensed psychotherapist, my job is to guide and support you through times of difficulty and struggle in life due to many factors and for various issues, including mental illness. My passion, however, is to connect with you on a deeper level, explore the pain and suffering and offer insight, understanding, compassion, and grace.

I find it so rewarding to know that I played a part in helping another living soul harness its true worth and potential. When I am not empowering and inspiring individuals, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and watching tennis.

Jessica Ramos, E-RYT-500

My name is Jessica Ramos, and in 2015, yoga found me. Little did I know, it arrived at a divine moment precisely when I needed it the most. Under the guidance of my late guru, I embarked on a transformative journey, starting with a 200-hour yoga training that ignited my passion for studying trauma. Now, I hold double certifications in trauma-informed yoga. My dedication extended to an advanced 300-hour training in yoga and metaphysics, alongside gaining certification in kids’ yoga.

The exploration of yoga, trauma, and metaphysics has been a profound catalyst for change in my life, unraveling answers to deep questions I wasn’t even aware of. This journey continues to be my guiding force through life’s ebbs and flows. My purpose is clear—to create a space for others to delve into the vastness of themselves. I am committed to fostering clarity through a trauma-informed, sensitive approach to my way of living, teaching, and activism.
